  • Self-Guided Nutrition Plan - $75

    This is a customized plan to get you to your nutrition goals whether it’s losing weight, building muscle and supporting your workouts, or improving your health! Perfect if you feel you don’t need the accountability of a coach, just need a plan to get going. If you do find you need more guidance and accountability, you can easily switch to 1:1 Nutrition Coaching where you’ll get support every step of the way!

    This program includes:

    + Your own Personalized Nutrition Plan comes with suggestions based on the Client Nutrition Questionnaire you complete

    + Customized daily calorie protein, carbohydrate and fat targets

    + Advice on a couple of different ways to track your food

    + Back to Basics Guide to macros and an extensive list of options for protein, carb and fat sources

    + An opportunity to email your coach to ask any questions before you get started to ensure your success

    + Worksheets, recipes and resources based on your plan

    You’ll also receive individualized lifestyle suggestions that go hand in hand with nutrition, on topics such as sleep and hydration.

    You will receive an onboarding email from a Nourishing Routines coach 1-2 business days after purchase.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching - $159/month – for your first three months

    This is a high-support program. You will have direct access to a Nourishing Routines Nutrition Coach. We will focus on creating sustainable changes to your nutrition in order to not only reach your goals but maintain them for long periods of time – your entire life. A healthy lifestyle is far more than just what you eat. Together we’ll look at sleep, movement, energy levels and your entire lifestyle in order to make minor adjustments and help you feel better and reach your goals.

    This program includes:

    + Client Nutrition Questionnaire

    + Your own Personalized Nutrition Plan developed by your coach with additional alterations whenever needed

    + Back to the Basics Guide to macros and calories – equipped with macronutrient ratios and calories

    + Weekly email/text check-ins with your coach

    + Weekly Food Journal Analysis

    + Worksheets, recipes, and resources based on your plan

    + Unlimited emailing or texting with a coach (24-hour response time Mon-Sat)

    We suggest committing to at least three months.

    Once you apply, you’ll receive an onboarding email from a Nourishing Routines coach within 1-2 business days.

  • Maintenance - $100 per month

    For as long as you need after completing 3 months of 1:1 coaching

    You’ve established good habits during the 3 months of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching but you want the continued communication with your coach to help keep you on track and assist with any new challenges that may arise.

    + Weekly check-ins with your coach

    + Weekly Food Journal Analysis

    + Worksheets, recipes, and resources based on your plan
